2^nd Wednesdays is a series of free lectures, concerts, and special arts events for all adults in the community. This series spotlights local talent and provides a first-rate cultural experience. Its other aim is to afford community adults an opportunity to spend time sharing culture and conversation with neighbors. It’s held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Each program kicks off with a neighborhood social from 7:00–7:30 pm with presentations beginning immediately after. Free parking is available in the parking lot behind 2510 St. Paul Street.

Wednesday, December 11 – Camerata Musica

Dressed in period costume, Camerata Musica will perform Renaissance, Medieval, and Modern holidays songs, including carols, sacred pieces, Chanukah favorites, and folk tunes.

Wednesday, January 8 – ” Twentieth Century Baltimore”

Jack Burkert, a local historian, will offer highlights of Baltimore’s 20th Century history through both readings from his text, Twentieth Century Baltimore,  as well as an informative lecture program.

This program is made possible in part by a grant from the 32^nd Street Farmers Market, 400 E. 32^nd Street, open Saturdays year-round, from 7 am to 12 noon.
