The LINK Leaders School Year program is designed to support 7th to 12th-grade students on their path to success. Through a flexible schedule and dynamic programming, students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and prepare for life beyond high school. Whether it’s college, technical training, or entering the workforce, LINK Leaders provides the resources and guidance students need to thrive in their next chapter.
Leaders Open Doors Curriculum
At the heart of the LINK Leaders program is our “Leaders Open Doors” curriculum, which encourages students to seek out new experiences and opportunities. Through workshops, leadership training, and hands-on education, we help students discover their strengths and develop the skills needed to succeed. Community service is integrated into the curriculum, ensuring that students understand the importance of giving back while building their own path forward.
College and Career Readiness
Our focus on college and career readiness ensures that each student is equipped to make informed decisions about their future. From college visits and career exploration workshops to networking opportunities with community leaders, LINK Leaders provides students with the tools to plan their next steps confidently.
The LINK Leaders program offers flexibility for middle and high school students. Daily attendance isn’t required, allowing students to choose between attending regularly or dropping in when their schedule permits. All enrolled students are eligible to participate in field trips, workshops, and enrichment activities, no matter how often they attend.
Each day begins with a self-guided study and transition period, followed by structured programming from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, covering leadership development, college and career exploration, and service learning. Dinner is provided at 5:00 pm to close out the day.
To enroll your student in LINK Leaders, simply complete the online application and attend a mandatory family orientation. This orientation ensures that all families are familiar with the program’s goals and structure, setting students up for success throughout the school year.
NOTE: A parent/caregiver or emergency contact (18 years or older) must attend one of the following mandatory orientation sessions.
